• NBA Christmas Day Games

Nothing says Christmas like gifts, family, and basketball. It’s a yearly tradition for the NBA, putting some of the best basketball games of the year on Christmas day for our viewing pleasure. The NBA will also introduce new “BIG Logo” uniforms for the Christmas games. The uniforms feature the team’s logo instead of name on the front. They also have short-sleeves, a departure from the typical style. Here’s a rundown of all the games (All times are EST):

Bulls vs. Nets- Noon: One of the more promising matchups at the beginning of the season has lost some of its luster with the season-ending injury to Derrick Rose and the Net’s struggles.

Thunder vs. Knicks- 2:30 PM: The dominant Thunder take on the struggling Knicks at Madison Square Garden. At the time of posting, the Thunder’s 4 losses have all come on the road, giving the Knicks some hope.

Heat vs. Lakers- 5:00 PM: The Heat are running away in the weak Eastern Conference. A primetime matchup with the Lakers should see them trying to drive home the point that they are the best team in the league. For the Lakers, they just lost Kobe Bryant for an additional 6 weeks. It will be up to the role players to keep this game close.

Rockets vs. Spurs- 8:00 PM: The Spurs just won’t stop winning. They play team basketball at it’s finest, with nine players average over 7 points. The Rockets are coming together, with the newly acquired Dwight Howard improving their rebounding and defense. All-star James Harden will also help this make a fantastic game.

Clippers vs. Warriors- 10:30 PM: This west-coast matchup has the potential to be the most exciting game to watch. The Clippers always have a few jaw-dropping plays a game, with DeAndre Jordan and Blake Griffin delivering highlight-worthy slam dunks. Chris Paul leads this team every night. The warriors have smooth shooting Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson in their backcourt. These guys are always a threat to catch fire at any time.

Have a great Christmas filled with basketball! Which game are you most excited for? Let us know here or by sending us a tweet @guarantee3bball.
